Tapas & paellas CASABLANCA Restaurante

The outdoor seating is 10/10. We tried the snails, which had a fresh, tomato-dominated taste. The fish was very tender but might pair better with salad than with potatoes (which we chose). Overall, everything was good, but my personal favorite was the bread that came with the snails and the cheesy dish. The place was packed all the time, and the staff were lovely

We spent a lovely afternoon at Tapas & Paellas Casablanca in Alicante. From the moment we arrived, Angie welcomed us with a warm smile and offered truly outstanding service – attentive, kind, and full of positive energy. The tapas were excellent: the ham croquettes were creamy and perfectly crispy, while the fish croquettes were fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed a fantastic margarita, refreshing and beautifully balanced. Sitting outside on the shaded square in the afternoon sun was wonderful. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with the buzz of the city all around, making it the perfect spot to enjoy tapas and drinks. In short: delicious food, great drinks, a charming location, and Angie’s super friendly service – a place we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Alicante!

We ate here in 4 and we booked a table online. The vibe in the tiny square is really nice. We ate different tapas, all of them were delicious and good portions. After that we had two paellas, one with seafood and one with mountain food, they were not excellent, maybe a bit of flavor was missing and the amount of fish and meat was not rich, but something not to complain about! The girl that served us, Stefani (maybe I misspelled it) was really nice and kind. Price totally fair for the things we ate!

Ended up here by accident and were very happy with our experience in every aspect. We both enjoyed our meals (sea bass and Argentinian steak, both with perfect crunchy on the outside/soft on the inside potatoes). We ate outside to enjoy the lovely day and had fun observing the surroundings. The service was great, as well.

Delicious food and lovely service by Angie. We were a party of 8 showing up for lunch with no reservation. They were very accommodating and food was served quickly fresh, and hot. Calamari, albondigas, patatas bravado, burratta salad, beef torta, all delicious!

This is a quiet restaurant in the middle of Alicante. Food is above average compared to what you get in this region, but the service is levels above average, hands down the best service i have seen in Spain. the atmosphere outsie is fantastic to. The servie bumps this place to a 4.

Antonio Juan is the best! Kind and really nice service. All of the workers are just nice and caring. The food is perfect, tapas mucho gusto and the fish was excellent. If you go there try the pimentos del padron. My sister couldn’t stop eating it. We will come back!

Just a lovely experience at Casablanca. Came here for a late night meal with our young children. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly, welcoming and quick. There are both Spanish and English speaking servers. We didn’t find this on ChatGPT. We looked at central restaurants away from the busy areas and this place had great reviews. I’m happy to add to them. The open outdoor patio surrounded by 4 large palm trees and tables filled with locals and tourists. The meal was outstanding. Great find!
